Albert G. Albert is recognized for extensive market knowledge and artful negotiation having successfully managed transactions involving multiple generation-owned family ranches, historic waterfront estates and complicated land assembly and disposition projects. An innovative thinker and seasoned senior executive, bringing more than two decades of professional experience leading highly successful real estate transactions on behalf of a range of landmark initiatives, while also creating extremely effective partnerships.

He has identified properties, established relationships, sourced buyers and spearheaded deals in the tens of millions along the Gulf Coast from Sarasota County to Lee County. Albert quickly assesses opportunities, develops new relationships and maintains a network of expert resources related to building and coastal issues. He has established relationships with buyers, sellers, professional advisors and many elected and appointed officials and is active in civic affairs. Dr. Joerger holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in landscape architecture and a Ph.D. in environmental information science. He holds minors in conservation and sustainable development as well as real estate, all from Cornell University.

His prestigious educational achievements, numerous political appointments, teaching positions, published articles and nonprofit leadership focused on building a strong legacy of community have set him apart in the field. His personal knowledge and appreciation for Florida's homes, land and water is extraordinary. Albert, his fiancé and their four children live the Florida dream at their white cottage at the Sanderling Club on Siesta Key.
